Born in 1963 in the suburbs of Paris, artist Agnès Robin has now lived in Quebec for more than 30 years, working in her studio at home depicting her favourite subjects: portraits.
Career challenges lead her on a solo trip around the world, which would rekindle her passion for art. After obtaining a design diploma, accompanied by 2 excellence scholarships and following various work experiences in decor, her independence and need to create pushed her to start her own company “Artifiss”.
Always interested in painting, her job made her rediscover this passion. She embarked on a self-taught painting exploration in acrylic, while experimenting with various mediums (collage, felt-tip pens, pastels, etc.).
Visual art now has an important place in her life and the artist participates in numerous collective and solo exhibitions as well as symposiums (MTL en arts) and International Art Festivals (Seattle, Singapore). She represented in several galleries in various cities such as Montreal, Ottawa, Berthierville and Quebec.
